Required foundation training for OX Brokers and Agents. This program prepares people to represent the OX process responsibly; it does not authorize securities activity outside an approved and supervised partner structure.
MODULE 018 min
The OX purpose and your role
Understand what OX is building and where your responsibility begins and ends.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
OX is a private community marketplace in development—not a promise of capital or returns.
A Broker coordinates approved network activity; an Agent builds relationships and records qualified referrals.
Neither role replaces a CPA, attorney, regulated partner, or OX Admin decision.
FIELD SCENARIO
A founder asks if OX will definitely fund her business.
Approved response: Say: “OX can review readiness and explain the pathway. Approval, funding, value, and outcomes are never guaranteed.” Then record the question and direct her to the issuer process.
Before OX representation: Training completion, role approval, and any required partner review must be recorded. OX training does not independently license a Broker or Agent to solicit or sell securities.
